Chana and Boondi Chaat Recipe

Crispy corn is popular in restaurant menu, deep-fried crunchy sweet corn kernels are tossed in spices and sauces.

DIRECTIONS

Take a bowl add all dry spicesand Mix well.

Warm water add Boondi and cover it for lid for 10 minutes.

Cut the onion, green chilli, green coriander leaves and potato. Arrange the all ingredients.

Take a dish add half prepare yogurt then add Boondi, white Chickpeas

Spread the boil potato, tomato, onion and Imli sauce.

Spread the green chilli, green coriander leaves and sprinkle the chaat masala.

Boondi Chaana Chaat is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS

250 Gram yogurt 1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp Chaat masala
Pinch black salt
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp zeera whole (dry roast)
Other things
1 potato boiled
1/2 cup white Chickpeas boiled
1/2 cup Boondi
Besan Ki Boondi
1 small onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 green chilli chopped
Fresh coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp Imli sonth ki chutney
